House Rules & Policy

• For stays between 1-29 nights, a full non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay is due at time of check-in. 
• For stays of 30 nights or longer, a full non-refundable prepayment of 30 nights is due at time of check-in.
• For stays longer than 30 nights, payments will be due in monthly installments, with a full non-refundable prepayment due at time of check-in, and every 30 days thereafter.
  

• Guests departing earlier than scheduled check-out date are subject to the full cost of the remainder of the originally booked stay. 
• Rates are based on length of stay. Any change in length of stay may result in a rate change.
• Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in.
  

• $29/night, $149/week (7 nights) and $249/month
• Parking spots need to be reserved in advance directly with The Saddlery Madison.

The Saddlery Madison is a non-smoking property. Any smoking on property may result in a cleaning fee.

For stays of 1-29 nights, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $75. For stays of 30 nights or longer, there is a pet fee of $75 per month.

Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am. Any violations of these policies may result in fees or eviction.

The Saddlery Madison has elevators. Rooms with additional accessibility features are available. Please see room type descriptions for details.

Rates quoted are based on check in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early or change your dates of stay, rates are subject to change.

Credit card required for reservation and must be valid for duration of stay.

Wifi and basic cable are included in room rates, along with utilities such as electricity, heat, air conditioning, and water.
