  • What parking options are available at The Saddlery Madison?

    Parking is available in designated spaces located behind the building. These spaces are monitored by the City of Madison and are available for rent at $29 per night or $249 per month. As parking availability is limited, we recommend reserving your parking at the time you book your stay to ensure a space is available.

  • Where is the nearest EV charging station?

    There are 2 EV charging stations located on Livingston Street (about 3 minutes from The Saddlery Madison)

  • Is The Saddlery Madison pet-friendly?

    We are pet friendly and ask that your friend is well-behaved and under 100 lbs. For stays of 1-29 nights, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $75. For stays of 30 nights or longer, there is a pet fee of $75 per month.

  • Can I receive mail and packages during my stay?

    Yes. Whether you're staying for a few nights or a few months, you're welcome to receive mail and packages at The Saddlery Madison. USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Amazon all deliver directly to the property, and guests have access to a dedicated mail room throughout their stay. Simply include your name and suite number on all deliveries to help ensure they arrive promptly. 

  • Are housekeeping services available during my stay?

    Light housekeeping is offered every Wednesday to our guests, and this includes fresh bed linens and towels.  The housekeeping team will also do light dusting.  If you need deeper cleaning, this can be scheduled for an additional fee.
